Military Analytical Services
OptiMetrics provides analytical services comprised of quantitative and qualitative analyses using applied simulations to determine operational and performance suitability for processes and systems. Our analytical hierarchy process assists in the capabilities-based analyses that drive functional area assessments, functional needs assessments, functional solutions analyses, and analyses of alternatives.
The company works on Joint Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and scenarios;
campaign and representative vignettes; task-condition-standard and task circumstances; system, system of systems, family of
systems, and system/component performance and parameters or criteria impacting Research, Development & Acquisition
(RDA) and the JCIDS process. Analysis of Alternatives, Option Assessments, and Trade Studies can be conducted to support
capabilities and acquisition decisions. We apply modeling and simulations in support of RDA, Science and Technology, and the
SEP. OptiMetrics employs measures-based analytics on engagement/performance circumstance, system performance, and
component or feature performance producing measures of effectiveness and measures of performance analytical products.
