OptiMetrics provides access to a wealth of information and tools for its employees and shareholders. An OptiMetrics-provided username and password are required to access these resources.
Employees’ Website
The Employees’ Website contains a wide variety of information for the use of our staff, OptiMetrics most valuable asset. Selected company policies, newsletters, and FAQs are included along with an extensive knowledge base with detailed information about our retirement, insurance plans, and flexible spending plan, miscellaneous fringe benefits, security, travel, and electronic time reporting.
Time Recording Website
Every OptiMetrics’ employee is required to record their time on a daily basis. Timesheets are filled out for each pay period by accessing our web-based time recording system powered by Journyx.
Shareholders’ Website
OptiMetrics is employee-owned; a number of employees hold shares directly and all full-time employees share in the benefits of ownership through the OptiMetrics’ Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The Shareholders’ Website contains our most recent management report, shareholder meeting minutes, relevant tax forms and a FAQ for the use of our direct shareholders.
