Our Employees
OptiMetrics’ most important asset is, by far, our people. OptiMetrics has about 80 employees at offices located throughout the U.S. Our employees are:

Our staff has expertise in a wide range of technical disciplines including electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, software engineering, meteorology, operations research, mechanical engineering, chemistry, and business administration.
Over half of our professional technical staff has at least 22 years of work experience and more than one-half holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree. The average OptiMetrics employee has been with our company for more than five years. OptiMetrics’ full-time staff shares in the responsibilities and rewards of ownership through direct stock purchase and OptiMetrics’ Employee Stock Ownership Program.
